Working with you, the NewcastleGateshead Convention Bureau brings expert advice and support, established partnerships with local academia, business and industry, and extensive local knowledge.
We offer FREE and unbiased advice to any event organiser to make it easier for you to bring your event to our region.
We want your delegates to love NewcastleGateshead as much as we do, so those added extras that make an event unforgettable are really important to us. From arranging a welcome service for your delegates at key transport hubs and hotels, to helping you create a unique social programme or a bespoke city tour, we’ll work with you to ensure your event is your best yet.
