Conference Travel Card
NewcastleGateshead Convention Bureau has teamed up with Tyne & Wear transport operator Nexus to develop the conference destination’s own dedicated travel card for delegates.
The Conference Travel Card allows your delegates unlimited travel on the extensive Tyne & Wear Metro system, Voltra 53/54 and QuayCity Q3 bus services (covers services 53 and 54 between Central Station and Gateshead Interchange, and Q3 between Haymarket Bus Station and St Peter’s Basin).
If you are exploring further afield, the card can be used on Sunderland Connect services 700/701 in Sunderland.
As an event organiser you can purchase the card on behalf of your delegates and due to its flexible nature, you can specify how many days you would like the card to be valid for, depending on the length of your event.
